The Concession Golf Club Real Estate

It is the golfers who will mostly wax sentimental on the concept that led to the development of The Concession Golf Club situated in the Bradenton-Sarasota border.  The Concession celebrates the most sportsmanlike gesture of Jack Nicklaus in the 1969 Ryder Cup wherein he conceded a teo putt to Tony Jacklin to tie their match.

This course is the choice of Golf Digest magazine as the best new golf course in 2006.  Practice facilities at the golf club are likewise so exceptional that the magazine counted it among the top 75 best practice areas in the US.

The Concession homes for sale available in sales listings are still few because the golf community is a relatively new development.  What may be available are high-end options ranging from $2.5 million for a 6,000-square foot-home to a $6-million, 11,300-square-foot residence.  Some home sites from $100,000 to $1 million may also be sales-listed, wonderful options to be part of a lasting celebration for golf.
